just watched Amir put on a Muay Thai clinic against Baroni. Damn was that fun watching Barnoni getting worked. I think above all fighters I dislike Baroni the most. Amir looked great! Those kickboxers in Holland know what the hell they are doing! Thigh kick from clinch. I loved using that move, yet hardly ever see it used in MMA (in K-1 you do). I'm an Amir fan even more now!

I was looking forward to having a nice quiet relaxing long weekend alone. That all changed when my father-in-law decided he was going to take a vacation and spend Thanksgiving weekend at our house! Thanksgiving day wouldn't be so bad. But Thanksgiving weekend kind of pisses me off...

21s with 315..thats nuts!Your workouts are looking pretty good!Nate told me to tell you to come to the Y here,posing as someone who wants a membership,then bitch about them not having proper weights.They have these"no pinch"safety plates that are like 3" thick.You can only get 5 45s on a bar.Since you could probably curl that,I think they might give in and buy us real weights lol.

Yes, I bought the DVD recently and just watched it last week! Eye opening movie....between the animal cruelty, what is really in our food, and the fact that only 4 companies own all the thousands of food products sold in grocery stores...etc
I had to look away from the movie several times and just listen, OMG....!
Anyone who eats should watch this....or listen!

funny thing tommorow night when we have rocky, they are doing a midnight showing of NM with the girl who plays edwards sister. So it will be a mixed group of rocky and twighlight fans for 2 hours in the waiting area. I am covering myself with glitter and will be joking with the twilight fans.
