Incoming calls are billed according to the time of day it is received. It doesn't matter if it comes from the internet (like Skype) or internationally as there would be no additional charge. The only time it would cost extra (in your example) is if you dialed an international phone # from your phone (outbound call). Using a calling card would use your plan minutes of airtime.

Best option would be to open up the phone, remove the battery/accessories/memory cards and just let the phone air out. One trick would be to place the device in dry rice to absorb moisture. No guarantees but it might work.

You must have downloaded an application to do that, it is not a built in feature of the device. Just determine which application is reading you the message and delete it.

Remember not all LG chargers are compatible w/ all LG phones (same with any phone manufacturer). Make certain that the charging port looks exactly the same and do not attempt to connect it if there is any difference.
