Maybe if the self centered politicians would not have bashed private companies for using private planes, the downturn would not have hit netjets as bad as it did. Let the bike rides pay for their own race.

Permission to Discriminate? To ignore another's fundamental rights? When a bus company insists someone ride in the back of the bus, or stay out of their diner, what do we call that? A Violation of Civil Rights. Just as in CA, the devout are whipped into a frenzy and are demanding their religion become law. Sounds more like the Taliban every day.

sad to say, it's not true that "a majority of Americans support a single payer system." Polls do not show that a majority of Americans support giving up their own for-profit private health insurance in favor of a government health care program for all. I know in certain circles that claim about majority support of single payer has been repeated so often that it passes for true, but it's not true....
