I'm assuming that's what it is. NO not password protected, but encrypted. I can open up the pdf fine, but when I try to copy and paste text from the pdf into word/notepad/etc, it all comes out as gibberish. Anyone ever experience this/know a work-around for it??? This is the first time I've ever seen anything like this.......
