support groups or counseling? They may have good ideas on what to do or healthy alternatives when these cravings hit.

MaryJane- Great job in being vigilante! Having numerous lighters is definitely a red flag that you need to speak with him because something could be going on. I encourage you to speak with him again and talk about harmful effects of abusing. Here is a link from our blog when i did a

I'm the same..i love the smell of nail polish,
dry erase markers, any gasoline products. sometimes, I stand close to a parked car, with engine turned on, so I can smell the gas emmissions. I take my nail polish in the bathroom and sniff it. I don't know how to stop...any suggestions

Alfre, I'm not sure on actual facts relating both
inhalants and anemia, but a lot of people on here (as you have read) seem to crave that from being anemic. Queshia or the moderator can probably give more insight on that. If you feel ok in doing so, I would talk to you doctor about everything you just posted. He or she will definitely be able to lead you in the right direction on feeling better....
