She also at one time or another huffed other things like axe and whipped cream in a can. The high is pretty quick so it's hard to spot but he might be sleeping alot and if done often enough can go through withdrawls. His mood will up and down and all around. I ...

npowers- Grrreat job on 73 plus days of sobriety!! There's no one answer for when your cravings will stop because it depends on your body. Are you going to any support groups or counseling? They may have good ideas on what to do or healthy alternatives when these cravings hit.

MaryJane- Great job in being vigilante! Having numerous lighters is definitely a red flag that you need to speak with him because something could be going on. To all- 'Huffing' Nitrous Oxide is not safe! Educate yourself: http://www.enotes.com/drugs-substances-encyclopedi a/nitrous-oxide/effects-body Inhaling Nitrous Oxide WILL cause respiratory despression; as the gas replaces oxygen in the lungs- prompting asphyxiation (death caused by the inability to breathe). asokol- Users often develop a regular chemical odor and/or chemical breath odor as a result of their frequent inhalant abuse. This is a key sign indicating an individual is abusing inhalants. As far as 'why' or 'how' specific chemicals produce their lingering scents on users- little information is available. All that I can accurately gather from much of the health information I have read is ...

Queshia or the moderator can probably give more insight on that. If you feel ok in doing so, I would talk to you doctor about everything you just posted. He or she will definitely be able to lead you in the right direction on feeling better....
