Shellshocked is a good word.  Not someone w/ the steady hand you want running the country.  It seems like he just lets wild passes fly, hoping for a hail Mary all the time and fails miserably.  He says "maverick", everyone sees "desperate".

This is kind of a fluff article but appearance matters. Why McCain doesn't wear better fitting clothes is beyond me it's not like he can't afford them.
