Thanks Cat, I must've been fast asleep again. Hah, someone just came to look at our car and they're bringing their girlfriend back to look at it tomorrow. I think it could be her Christmas present

Nursing bra for BIG BOOBS?
Published (2009-12-13 09:59:00)
Don't forget your inch measurement should decrease after the baby is born as it expands the ribs a bit. (or so I was told when measured last time). I would go to bravissimo and get measured then you can start looking. I am just going to use my old bras from last time for the first couple of weeks and wait until size has settled down a bit.

Bravissimo have got a store in Oxford and they'd definitely be able to measure you. Once you know what size you're after you could try figleaves.com or elsewhere if Bravissimo don't have anything for you.

QUOTE (Too tired to function @ Dec 14 2009, 08:48 AM) I would strongly recommend going into Bravissimo to get measured, otherwise Figleaves. I agree! I have bought a really comfy one from Bravissimo this time, I have a 36 GG or 36 H depending on the cut of the bra. x

Its very tempting to me, I'd love to get another rearfacing seat for dh's car and for the times when I don't have a car with isofix available, there is no way I can afford it though Its so impossible for me to put her in a forwards facing seat now though even for an occasional journey. Its just too scary.

Nursing bra for BIG BOOBS?
Published (2009-12-12 23:11:00)
Hi - I really need a nighttime soft bra (with moulded cups though, not like a crop top) that I can put pads in as have just started leaking a bit. Where can I go for a HOOOGE one? Bravissimo only go up to a 40 back and am now 42 (i think - however 42 is MUCH more comfy than a 40 so I am guessing?) I will need an H, HH, J or K depending on the fit? where can I go to get fitted properly? Obviously NOT mothercare or M&S

I know I read it recently - there was a link to a study on women's attitudes to formula as discussed on chat forums. my local Bfing cafe leader would like to read it and I can't find it to send to her. Can anyone direct me to the thread?

I have big boobs (so big now that Izzy, who used to be infatuated with them, looks at them in a slightly scared way) and I always get my nursing bras from Figleaves - I am pretty sure that returns are free so you can order a few around the size you are and try them on. I really like the Anita underwired nursing bra.

post-gastroenteritis secondary...
Published (2009-12-14 12:15:00)
A friend has 9 month old twins who up until recently were breastfed but well-established on solid foods as well. Then the whole family came down with gastroenteritis and both girls now have temporary lactose intolerance and have been put on lactose-free formula as they can't tolerate breastmilk. My friend is feeling very upset at the thought of this being the end of breasfeeding, but can't face the thought of pumping to maintain her...
Too tired to fun...

Hi, I don't have any experience of this condition but I did have a feeling that I'd read that breastfeeding need not necessarily be stopped so I went searching and found this http://www.healthinsite.gov.au/expert/Lact..._brea stfed_baby as well as similar on kellymom.

You don't happen to know if they're in touch with the Public Law Project ( http://www.publiclawproject.org.uk/index.html ) do you, A? I know they were involved seeking in a judicial review of one of Cumbria County Council's decisions (on care charging, I think) - brought by a service user of Age Concern after CCC changed their contract with Age Concern. I'm not sure how Albany are set up ...

All of mine have been transverse and then breech until quite late on, definately later than 31 weeks. I don't have the address to hand but I'm sure someone will suggest the spinning babies site.

oh, I so remember those sore, aching hips and being too uncomfortable in bed. A gazillion pillows might help the teeniest, tiniest smidgeon (but of course there's only one thing will give you a comfy night. ).
