Note that everybody is different and choices should be available to them to choose the furniture and keyboard that suits them most. How about the environment? How about monotony? Empathy is not a required character trait for executives in ANY field of endeavor, but it seems especially cruel in a terrible business climate like the one we are currently experiencing. I realize it won't soothe the hurt you feel, but my best guess [without knowing the individual executives in question] is the story they are telling you is probably ...

This kind of thing really tees me off. People are out of work and here comes someone trying to con them out of what money they do have. Why don't we draw and quarter anymore? The Nigerian scams at least have an air of dishonesty about them - they usually ask the target to do something shady. Someone who is completely legit could be taken in by this one. Grrrrrrrr

Welcome to the Cove! It's common to be required to be certified or compliant. Proving you are compliant would be hard to do without a set of internal audits, done by someone besides yourself. Making trade arrangements for this work with another small manufacturer can cut costs, and may or may not be deemed acceptable by your customer. A cost benefit analysis would help you decide if ...

I didn't drop it because of their stand on healthcare. I dropped it earlier because of their general stand on a lot of bills. I initially got it for the discounts for hotels, etc., but after being a member for awhile my perception became that it was a big business designed primarily to benefit the AARP hierarchy rather than its members.
