Some more ideas: If you are using aqueous cutting fluids, you may want to look at bacteria as an impact. Also, for all cutting fluids, mists, smoke and disposal. impact of fluids carried off, blown off, etc. A&I of post washes, etc. Disposal of chips.

Hello there!
By what I can tell, this material is copyrighted. Thus, we would not want to share it here. You can purchase it here if you would like:

Looking over it, I think it would be worth it.

you quote the "standard" for the automotive industry - it is not the standard for everyone or every industry. Miner is probably the best source for the history. But there is really no substantial reason for using 10, 20 adn 30. These were in all liklihood anatomically derived. I refer you to Wheeler's work and the many posts here on this topic.

If your product is under special process, 7.5.2 element, you may validate your process to show your product funtionabiltiy on mass production stage. But on design stage is difference, I believe that your value are not be designed and produced as one by one like a bridge. Since the validation is the result on functionability of your product prototype, before do mass production stage, so you can ...

The main reason is probably the automotive industry does not want to stop their control over the content.
The ISO part is 9001 and all the rest belongs to the industry.

I can pretty much tell you that there isn't a template here that is tailored to an Architectual Practice. I don't remember any an architects asking questions here before. That's not to say there aren't any lurking about.
Implementation is pretty much the same, however, for most all companies as a general path such as in Implementing a Quality Management System .
Essentially you go through ...

I read the same article and you captured my thoughts exactly. The police should charge the mother with calling in a false 911. The policeman should be disciplined for poor judgement in using a taser on a child. A judge should throw the case out for the juvenile charge because the police chief is showing poor judgement in even filing it.
After all that is done, someone needs to talk to the ...

Personally I always go with PC - much more choice as to how you set your system up, upgrades are far easier, and you get a complete choice of operating system (personally I have one system running Ubuntu, one system running Windows 7, a media centre running XPMedia and a server running Win2003).
Also Macs are horribly overpriced for the system you're actually getting in a pretty box.

I didn't drop it because of their stand on healthcare. I dropped it earlier because of their general stand on a lot of bills. I initially got it for the discounts for hotels, etc., but after being a member for awhile my perception became that it was a big business designed primarily to benefit the AARP hierarchy rather than its members.

Can it be paid for by a tax increase? Otherwise you're asking for a system which provides care to millions of people (and all the manpower and materials costs involved in that) without costing any money. As to private companies, if some can't compete in the new market, should they be protected?

What a great question!
I believe that there's a difference between the two points you make. It is the (internal) auditor's job to diagnose and report on the effectiveness of the management system , in a fair and true manner. Any findings should be a 'launching point' for management to be able to take action. It would be inappropriate for an auditor to be 'working on' RCA, during the...

Hello R. Blaise,
You are right! Clause 7.5.1.5 is not part of ISO 9001:2008 therefore you cannot exclude it.
Unfortunately not everyone reads quality documents as thoroughly as they should.
