All below is just my opinion.... I reserve the right to be 100% wrong!
Given where the current SP has risen to (ie. 7.9p on the buy side) I would now suggest waiting until after consolidation to buy shares.
The figures below are 'cut and pasted' (and updated from my post last Thursday).
Currently SP is 6.75-7.9p for
Ordinary shares, and 47-50p for preference shares.

It's actually GREAT news for ordinary share holders that
it's all gone through.
Personally I think that the preference share holders will be worse off - so it's excellent that it's all been accepted. Perhaps they also appreciated that the previous structure was damaging trading/liquidity of the shares.

its more likely that people had Limit orders to sell say at
10p or so before last night/morning actions
then bang all getting set off today because they are in excess of 10p showing on share price

I reckon it's closer to 10%. Based on yesterday's capitalisation, and the number of new shares, a SP of 41.5p is what would have been expected.
Agree it's a bit disappointing.... but I guess in reality it was likely. Especially since the consolidation seems to have taken some people
by SURPRISE - despite it being publicised!!

Agree that it's good news Ginty..... but I guess people are now in waiting mode, to see what happens when the dust settles after 27th Nov.
I was thinking that they maybe should have help this RNS back until after that !!
