I'm just sayin'... But seriously...the next time you watch that episode be sure and check out the woman on the right of the screen. It's one of those things you don't really take notice of at first, but when you do it like, "OMG lookit those things!" Really, really gross! "Stick with me baby, and you'll be fartin' thru silk!"

Yeah. I like Chris more than I originally did. The first time I watch the series, I just saw him as Spider from Goodfellas . But now, I usually don't watch the final three episodes as much as I watch the other episodes since Chris is dead. I realized I dislike Tony B more than I originally did. I was excited to see Steve Buscemi as part of the cast, and I thought his character had an interesting back story. Upon further viewing, I...

I don't understand why fumbles wouldn't be available for Review. That said, I would expect 95 to 98% of all challenges on fumbles to be found to Stand as Called. But you should have the option, because it sounds like the play you guys are talking about here would have fallen into that 2 to 5% of plays where they would have been able to clearly Overturn it based on what the replay showed. Has anyone noticed how FEW challenges are...

frank- the Sopranos was intended to be as much a satire of modern America and family life as it was a mob drama. There is no way in my opinion the show would have been nearly as memorable or hilarious if it was simply about Tony and his thugs. Yes, you could call it pretentious that the show engaged heavily in social commentary, "psycho-babble" and arty dream sequences but to me that just sounds like you're only...

I love the therapy scenes. They're like little plays. You get some of the best lines. "Oh my mother would come over cold cuts! Oh you're second in the birthing order! Oh Carmela's driving the car, how fuqqin interesting!" She was the greatest piece of ass I've ever had, and I've had 'em all over the world!

The show is about Tony Soprano and his inner workings ... not the mob as a whole the FBI's effort to shut it down.

Could be Livia in a season 2 episode in the hospital room with Janice, or Janice when she was crying in the basement about Tony giving them the house.

I can see somewhat what you mean... but I think Tony was pretty disgusting all throughout the series. He is ALWAYS eating. Constantly whining about how much he 'sacrifices'. I agree though, his actions in this episode particularly could be highlighted as proof in point of Tony s grotesque nature.

I would think it would take a long time to do it that way. I guess it depends on how many magazines you have, and how much of a bat sh*t crazy lunatic you are ...

I was afraid they would get the guys in the photo mixed up and kill Tony instead. Seems like a bad idea....if you are showing some weird ass killers the guy you want to whack, don't have your own boss in the picture with him...mistakes do happen.

It fits with the theme of the episode that although Tony does well he is not as rich and wealthy as a lot of other people who are legitimate business people. I mean AJ lives in a nice house and then he see's Devin's house and he's in shock because she never mentioned how big and rich they were. It is showing the reality of being a gangster at the end it's not like in the movies Tony is a middle...

The song in the credits is The Captain by Casey Chambers. See Addj's thread, he made a video of clips to this song.

It was rushed with filler; and the writing suffered, and "Chasing It" was like the "Christopher" of season 6 (the epsiodes EVERYBODY hated from season 4). It seemed artificial and forced sometimes, but still it did have it moments, but with the Vito plotline it has it's hours and hours and hours of unnecessary Vito-love.

Yes, because Vito said to one of the others guys there that Beansie's wife might be pissed but he didn't wanna have to go back and tell Richie the job hadn't been done. Then all the guys started unloading the van to begin the job.

I have to agree on the Melfi bit. Rushed, and really out of character, considering that it was usually Tony wanting to quit, and Melfi encouraging him to continue therapy. Some loose ends are better off left....loose.

Long Term Parking. Basically I thought there was a glimmer of hope for Adrianna. Turns out Chris was too selfish. The acting in this by Imperioli and Drea is amazing. The buildup to the ultimate ending is unreal. It gets my vote as my favorite and possibly the greatest episode ever.

Well, "Paulie" never would've because Tony Sirico had a clause in his contract that specifically prevented his ever being a rat, but with Silvio (although it's doubtful) you never can tell what any of these guys would've done when the fit hits the shan and they're all out of options.
Just look at Carlo. You never know what people will do until they're up against it.

The characters that are the most famous deserved all of the attention they got. Their were no underrated characters. Tony, Carmella, Janice, Livia, Corrado, Chris, Ade, and Ralphie were the standouts.
Weird - molestation looks so consenting on television.
