I'm not sure what you're asking ... as the show progresses, humor becomes much less a part of the equation. There are funny moments, sure, but it takes a more dramatic turn.
The core of the show is Tony Soprano, and his home life is a prominent part of the show, definitely.

I'm really surprised somebody posted about star signs here - alot of people dismissed it as bullsh*t, so I didn't bother posting anything about astrology. Instead, I just tried figuring out what character would be what sign alone.
Why would you say Tony would not be Virgo? James Gandolfini is a Virgo, but Chase never specified the characters star signs, did he?
I think Tony would either be ...

The lighting was a bit more dramatic than the rest of the series, and they made one bad music choice, but I didn't see much of a difference that dramatic of a difference. Gandolfini hadn't honed in on his normal accent yet because they weren't sure if it would get picked up. He probably went to work on it a lot more when the show got picked up. AJ was like, 12, so of course he's gonna look a ...

The willfulness and sheer hysteria with which the "lifers" (ugh!) attempt to make their points reflect only a well-deserved insecurity that they have no leg to stand on. Hence RTS's constant invocation of "successful" and "confident" when speaking of his meager attempts to combat the view that Tony is "dead".
There really is no arguing over what's right in front of you with those ...

First of all, she's not an addict. You can use drugs without being addicted to them. There is no indication she's addicted.
Second, not everybody thinks being a rat is bad. I'm supposed to hate her because she might have gotten murderers sent to prison? I don't root for Tony, and I do root for anyone who might bring him down.

We then cut to Tony looking up (the bell is heard) for the last time:
The closer look of the scene shows exactly how Tony is able to get hit and dispels the other most popular theory about the ending, that the scene represents Tonyx92;s paranoia and how he will have to live the rest of his life. The scene actually suggests the exact opposite, that Tony is too relaxed ...

Yes, that's a good one; it certainly reflects Livia's dour outlook as much as it lends insight to Janice's flawed makeup, and this statement so thoroughly defines Junior:

Anyone who said that is an idiot. Show me one review that ever said that.
I'm guessing you didn't watch while it aired. When Ade was killed it was on the news more than the real news.

I just think Bobby didn't really care. Why should he? Everybody has to live and die (literally and figuratively) based on how Tony's feeling, and if he's on a streak.
Just think Bobby was sick of Tony, and was the only one who would admit it, however enigmatically.
