Wow that's cool. At first when I read your subject title, I laughed and thought this was going to be a funny thread. Then when you said 'I took photos' I laughed more haha. Really though, this is cool that you live near there and went there!

Well that is the overarching theme of the series. That belief in God is essential to his existence. In fact it can be read into that that is the reason god does anything. Creating humanity not from boredom but from a need to continue to exist. Think about it like a farmer. The farmer may plant vegetables but those vegetables were planted to feed him. We live in an exceedingly cynical age and that's not necessarily a bad thing. Were we...

Dire accent. My son and I just split our sides every time he opened his mouth. What or who was he trying to be?

I loved this movie! It was one of my favorites of 2008 (and I saw all those Oscar bait movies, too). Severely underrated if you ask me. Loriginals#3 "Let the wild rumpus start!"

People keep saying that Aslan stopped showing up after people stopped believing in him. People are saying that Aslan is really a bastard. But what no one seems to realize, is that without faith or belief in the source of who you are - you seperate yourself from your creator when you lose faith - because with faith comes power - and with power come miracles. without faith in Aslan - or in God - How could anything God tries to do - to show...

I love this movie and can't wait for more. I found it interesting that they actually increased the emphasis on faith. That was rather refreshing.

I thought the movie was pretty bad. I had trouble not falling asleep. I didn't like the performances of Peter or Caspian, especially Peter. Overall, I thought it was worse than the first movie, which I didn't think was good either. Before anyone says anything, I'm not saying any of your opinions or wrong, and I don't think that posting a positive opinion of a movie is any more legitimate than posting a negative one, on this...

just watched this movie on TV. I thought it was great; The acting wasn't too good, but I love the whole mix of Christian and pagan mythology. Especially in the scene where they were tempted to turn to the White Witch for help, That S!@t was deep.

He said he got his accent from the caharacter of Inigo Montoya from " The Princess Bride". It is not a real accent.

The book had the trees come to save the good guys as well, just in a different way. They merely chased the bad guys before the battle really got going.

In the book, they don't really meet, at least there is not a specific scene where they do. Lucy and Susan are with Aslan while Peter and Edmund are with Caspian when all of the events happen. It is only when the battles are over and peace is restored that Lucy and Susan make it back to meet up with their brothers and Caspian.

That is such a beautiful place! I do understand why they chose the beach for the movie.

No you are not the only one, we are now two.
Prince Caspian was the best movie to me of 2008, of the newest movies of 2008, becoz I saw Valkyrie this year and not exactly in 2008.
I just love this movie since the begining till the end. It was just great to watch it on cinemas.
And yes, I saw in cinemas The Dark Knight too, and those others acclaimed movies , some on DVD.

Ben is the oldest one, so he can be sexy. William was 20 during filming, so he can be hot. Skandar was 15 during filming so he can be described as cute, but not hot or sexy.
Personally, I like the girls so I cannot comment on the boys' looks

Yeah to a degree. His accent was distracting at times and he wasn't the best actor. He is probably the weakest point of the movie. Its probably why I liked the Lion Witch Wardrobe movie better.
