Ratings - Holy Crap on a Cracker!
Published (2009-11-24 15:11:00)
OK, from this time last year, true. Although the numbers look on par with the end of their season last year. I guess the obvious question is: what if Mother was in the 9:30 slot this year and BBT anchored? I wonder what would have happened? Damn Jenna Elfman, anyway! --- "But my grandmother lives in a condominium."---Charlie Brown, "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving"

Who's the REAL main character?
Published (2009-11-25 18:20:00)
Leonard was intended to be the main character and was cast with a more established actor, Johnny Galecki. Sheldon/Jim Parsons was only supposed to support Galecki, but his characterization proved to be so brilliant that he kind of eclipsed the whole show. This is not necessarily a bad thing, far from it. Sheldon is the fan favorite and the "mascot" without a doubt, but it's up to the writers to make sure he doesn't...

Yeah, he did still have the insanely tight pants, but *for Howard*, it was more toned-down.

Mt Dew yes, Coffee no??
Published (2009-11-25 21:45:00)
I guess it depends on what kind of coffee you drink. But I don't drink much soda more coffee than soda. But I have a special kind of coffee so I don't get too bitchy. (the person who said they have a 'temper' is right) lol And did you hear the reaction from the audience and even Sheldon, he knew it was a no no to drink that. I have no idea why they added that? Too bad more people didn't answer, it would have been interesting to see more opinions. Really I wish I could vote on individual storylines, since often I like one half of an episode more than the other. "The Bath Gift Hypothesis" for example. I notice we are all pretty close on seasons 1 and 2, but waaay apart from the OP on season 3.

"They can't do that kind of experiment with a live audience " What kind of "experiment"? Sucking some helium and making like Donald Duck? That most assuredly _can_ be done with a live audience. Filling a room with the stuff wouldn't be done regardless--the stuff is expensive.

Ok thats cool, oddly enough you two have given the last 2 episodes 1's where as from what i hear on this bored most other people have preferred them to the rest of the season, (there is no right or wrong here it is all just your own point of view) But i would like to point out that i ment for people to add the final season score onto the previous one. (e.g season 1 is now 37 (my score) + 34 + 37= 108) So so far Season one has: 108 season...

Anybody find it strange that Sheldon was drinking Mt Dew (while he was mixing chemicals, which is a no-no), but yet he goes nuts on coffee?
In "The Work Song Nanocluster", Sheldon said he wouldn't drink Coffee because he promised his Mom that when he moved to California he wouldn't "do drugs". Sure enough, the coffee sends his brain into overdrive and he goes nuts. BAM!!! He references an...

I LOVED that! Poor Shelly. Yeah, I guess Kripke is the typical bully who is jealous of Sheldon and insecure with himself. Or maybe he's just an ass.

In the long run, I would agree with you because the Leonard/Penny storyline has been, is, and probably will continue to be the overall plot dynamic of the series.
Sheldon may be a central figure in many episodes, but the over- arching plot will probably be Sheldon/Penny.

I really, really enjoyed it. I'm also excited to see where Howard and Bernadette's relationship goes after this...it's about time he had a solid love interest!
Sheldon was as usual amazing! "You're a STUPID head! That's also a rhetorical question....sorry you had to hear that."
The "Yo, Raj, talk to me!" scene had me in hysterics. Great episode, can't wait until next week!

I think he and Leonard were more co-stars at first, neither seemed like the main character any more than the other. Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady actually cast Sheldon before Leonard, so maybe they thought of him as the main character all along.

These look great.
Unfortunately, I doubt they paid for the show's trademarks, therefore stealing intellectual and creative property.
So, I'll pass.
