Nonfat ricotta, layer regular lasagna noodles, add shredded veggies of your choice, tomato sauce, low fat cheese. Cover with sauce, make sure it covers noodles and cover pan with tin foil. It will cook the noodles. No need to use no boil noodles.

Spinach & Mushrooms
Published (2009-12-15 23:52:00)
Sauteed spinach & mushrooms are one of our most favorite side dishes, but we can't seem to make it without using some ridiculous quantity of oil. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for spinach & mushrooms that uses little to no oil? (If it requires a gadget, that's fine.)

Chips and Salsa, once I start I can't stop until it is all gone, and don't even try to put guac in front of me! That is even worse, especially the super salty greasy restaurant tortilla chips!

I like it either with FF cream cheese and garlic powder on top or zucchini, onions and peppers mixed with a little flour and egg white and made into pancakes topped with FF cream cheese. Check out hungry girl books, they have a few recipes in there.

Try cooking them in vegetable broth or chicken both and that will add flavor and make them not stick without the oil.
