Cindy I usually have 1/4 c egg beater, with FF cheese and lo-cal bacon and make a BEC omelette, partner it with 2 slice of bacon and a piece of bread that has 50 calories per slice and 1/2 tbsp of sugar free grape jelly. Right at 200 calories, but you get a plateful of food that tastes good, and you get filled up for sure!!

Linda Yes I know thank you. I was just wondering how HG came to that calorie count and what calorie pita she used in her calculations. The total for the dish seems a little high to me.

Kelly Mary, thanks for the encouragement. :-) Megan, we are in Zagreb (Croatia), the capital. I'm married to a Croatian, and we've lived here now for about 1 1/2 yrs. now. Dubrovnik is definitely the tourist spot most "hit", lots of cruise boats stop there. I have missed America / family a lot, but it's getting easier. thanks for asking.

Ilana I made a great low-carb meal last night. Soy cheezy meatless balls with kalamat olive tomato sauce over spaghetti squash - yummo! The meat balls were made with gimme lean ground beef style meat rolled up and over a bit of shredded cheddar cheese and baked (sprayed with olive oil) for 25 minutes on 350. The tomato sauce was just marinara sauce with some chopped up kalamata olives. I ...

My problem is that all of a sudden, all my stores are completely sold out of canned pumpkin!
