You can keep your same plan when switching the HSPA on the eCare website unless things have changed since launch day.

Big Blue 023, I know this is a little off topic But no matter what service or what company you are with, everyone going to have to get a new phone someday because of 4g (I think that what it is called). That is way off for now. I still cant see verizon shutting down the CDMA network but who knows?

Just want to say something about the last part: everybody would scam the system given the chance! Hell. I was gonna do the same thing on my mom's line. She's old and doesn't care about phones or upgrades. Figure, why not buy a $200 iPhone upgrade and sell it for $500. = money for much needed vacation!

Great idea for a thread JP. One thing that I always hated was explaining how insurance worked and having to explain why they had to pay a deductible.
Like you said, I always explained with analogies. When you wreck your car, you have to pay your insurance a deductible. People would always say, "That's not the same thing." got me every time.

if typing it doesnt work then google search and click on it. There you can make your own custom ringtones off of music you have saved to your computer, or you can search for them.
The cool thing is, as long as your have your iPhone connected then you can download the ringtones straight to your ringtones folder.

I logged into Ovi Store this morning for the first time in a while and I have to say that it has a lot less SUCK than when it first launched. There are actually a lot of useful apps in there but I agree with you, there's a lot of crap too. Travel up there, make friends, use the buy/sell/trade forum here, or look for Import shops. USUALLY though, the import shops deal with Euro and Asian versions, not the Canadian. When I was looking for a Rogers version of the Magic, I conceded it would be easier for me to drive the 6 hours and buy one in CA.

Bell's site says the cards are $5.
I am wondering if I can get a SIM from Bell and activate it on a prepaid service to use when I travel to Canada. I'm currently in the US. I tried ordering a SIM from Bell's site but it just gives options for postpaid plans.
