Bubb- you need another option for the third question to cover the fact that it is the trackers that are ultra low.
Those base plus 0.5% trackers were taken out when spreads were a lot narrower, so none of the options really apply.

I think your ideal has holes one I can spot is specialisms, in that not everybody can do everything, ie would you trust a dole chav perform surgery on you?.
Also it seems to remove the work for reward thing, in that many of my generation were fooled into doing the right thing = better life style.
This just disincentivises everybody why strive to acheive more when you can get a comfy ...
