This Veteran's Day

It never angers me that someone gets representation. His guilt may be obvious, but I'm proud that we still allow him representation. I consider it a point of pride for our country to do these things right, even when provoked. And make no mistake, I hate the shooter for what he did. We talked to the kids a little bit about what Veteran's Day is about yesterday. They have an uncle in the Navy, one grandfather who was a Marine, another...

I make enough money to pay the bills with these sites. For me, it was so difficult getting started. Where do you start making money on line? There were so many options. It took a lot of looking and a lot of trial and error, but I have found several really great sites. And all these sites are free to join. Also, I have proof that these sites pay like pics of checks I have been paid, a 1099 Tax form, etc. http://proof-of-payment.blogspot.com/...

Well, so long as you like the candy, I guess you'll be all right. What a drag to not get trick or treaters, though.

Some times I miss those days! My oldest sent me a group picture from college that was taken before their Halloween dance. She was a black cat. It looked like they were all having fun. My 16 year old went over to her Dad's for the night, they watched some creepy movies. I had a few trick or treaters but then I went out for the night myself with a dear friend. We have lots of candy left.

I do a fair bit of both baking and cooking. I don't can, although I've considered learning how.
Generally, yep, I do the cleaning after too. I think my husband is blind to kitchen messes. Even if I ask, it goes only as far as loading the dishwasher and taking out the trash for him. But he does more of the yard work, so it's not all bad.
The kids especially love it when we bake. ...

I must admist to being torn on this topic. On the one side, coming from a family with a large number of military personnel, I want to stay and fight the good fight. On the other hand, we need to realize what the Soviets did when they pulled out--the terrain will never allow for a 'true' victory. With the escalation of deaths, Obama faces a difficult decision. What to do?
I'd like ...
