Thanks for your reply. I will go back to the dr if things don't get better. I hate to go in if it's just something that will get better on it's own. As for stress, yes I am pretty stressed but no different than I have been for quite awhile. We lost our daughter to leukemia at the age of 11 on 12/8/07 so this time of year is hard. Our son who is 7 also had leukemia but is done with treatment now but he has been constantly sick...

Published (2009-12-15 22:22:00)
Thanks Geri........He did decide to take the coumadin and went to the coumadin clinic at the doc's office yesterday. He has a whole packet of Vitamin K rich foods to try to limit but was told not to change his diet they'll adjust the meds. He started taking it yesterday evening since they told him to take it in the evening as close to the same time every day as possible. I think what I've been telling him finally sunk in. The...

They ran an EKG and scans of my lungs and said everything was normal.? Today my OB calls and said they received the report from the EKG and it showed an "unspecified abnormality".? She said she didn't know how to interpret this and to see my PCP.? I'm FREAKING...

Question about EKG abnormality
Published (2009-12-08 21:12:00)
I would definitely see your internist or regular doctor. Last January I was to have some fairly minor surgery but my EKG came back abnormal. I went in to see my regular doctor right away and was referred to a cardiologist to be checked out plus a test like a treadmill to check things out. Especially since your lungs appear to be just fine and you are also pregnant. You should definitely see your doctor and see what he/she wants you to do....

That's so incredible! I think it's nice that all men can apply for Santa.
I just don't agree in making anybody do anything (they want).
Here's one that sums it up: "No Scrooges or Mr. Grinches allowed!"

Hi, there! Yes, I know who you are. :)
I took Coumadin for a while way back when. I didn't have any problems with it whatsoever. My mother is taking Coumadin, as well as my SIL, with no problems. The 1% chance is nothing in comparison to your DH's life. Coumadin is well known, has been tested extensively, and many, many people are on it - all with excellent results. I'm hoping ...
