Hi Jade It's such a pleasure to read this. I remember very clearly when you were agonising about breaking up with your ex. I was one of the many people who urged you to go for it and make the break. It's so rewarding to know that our advice was good and that you have now arrived at this great place. I remember also when your Nan died and how very hard that was for you so I think you have not only been brave but immensely strong too....

i had the same problem last year .i had the same op at the same level last october and i am probably the same as i was before i had the surgery.i had a mri 4 weeks after the surgery as i was exactly the same as you and the scan revealed that another piece of disc had come out and re trapped the nerve.so basically i have the same problem as i had before .trouble is now i have a bit of back pain ...

I recommend having a look at the Codex Alimentarius. All the "good food" we eat is actually irradtiated by law, and is likely to in the future to contain little nutritional value, whatever it is. No vitamins and minerals = sickness and a very poorly society.
Other than that, I always wonder whether it's our over-reliance on synthetic everything...Plastic clothes, plastic food-wrapping, fake ...

Given that we already have two extremely toxic and addictive drugs in widespread and legal use in this country (I'm talking about alcohol and tobacco, but I could also add in prescribed drugs such as anti-depressants etc) I simply don't believe that the whole world would suddenly start taking heroin or smoking crack if those people who wish to or have ...
