just watch
what you eat and continue to exercise. also make sure you do not eat too much. even too much healthy food can make you fatter. im not saying you should fast, im just sayin don't eat a whole lot of food. in other words, buffets aren't great idea even if it is healthy food.

If your getting the band you should already know these kinds of things - They say 1-2 lbs a week is expected BUT that also depends on what you eat and if you do excercise, in saying that I had the band placed 6 months ago and have lost 73lbs, all from excercise and eating
high protein. Talk to your doc if you don't know all about it even though you should if your getting it this month
