I've got a rather casual mixed approach about magic items. It's not particularly codified or anything, but it works well for us. Most magic items are either disposable (charges, etc, with no way to replenish the charges), and these tend to be bought either with money or they are the SFX of a Power Pool of sorts. Hi Steve: When I try to View The RSS feed so that I can subscribe to your blog is appears to work but it says this in Google Reader: "HERO Games Discussion Boards - Blogs - STORM's A-Brewin': A Campaign Development Journal by Steve Long" has no items.
