Thanks guys. Now I need to keep telling myself that now is not a good time for a new dog. Jim although I've always been a Lab person after looking up the breed your dogs are beautiful and something to consider when the time comes. Jim

Beg, borrow or steal the money from somewhere else. You'll never get out of your truck what you have into it and you'll forever regret selling it. And if you need the money in a hurry you're going to sell the truck for less than you hope to. There's gotta be something else you can do.

They failed on you? These are practically solid state, I wonder how they could have failed. Any ideas? Heatedwindscreens.com are actually pretty responsive now that I have them. The price of £90 each set is for an order of 10, so we would need at least 10 orders to get this. I'm still trying to figure out the shipping. They can fill the pallet for us, so that is good but I don't know if they have a broker they use or some other...

Any other tips? What is described in the link attached does not work for me - I do not get the toolbars depicted in the instructions. Does a Mac make a difference? http://gunsandrovers.yuku.com/topic/5048

Trust me I am already counting on my free Obama money...thanks to all for your forced contribution. This is by no means a fire sale...I am not unloading for quick cash. If I dont get a solid offer I will gladly keep it, but if the right offer comes in It will definately put me in a better spot. Mercedes...I have already begged and borrowed...the well is near dry and I need to replenish it.

Each screen should have two wires exiting along the bottom edge of the glass. One wire connects to power, and the other to ground. The bottom aluminum angle
glass retaining strip will have to be cut at two places to allow the wires to exit. You don't really need the factory wiring harness for the screens, as
it is simple and you should be able to make the harness yourself.

Not very holiday-y but one of the first pics I took of the 88" P/U I bought from you after getting the engine back in it. Up a canyon here in Utah in late
September. I thought it was pretty cool. http://images.yuku.com/image/png/0f036a9646682e568 5c9ea3285ffc3537ada54c4_t.JPG

I have no idea what you should sell your truck for, as I'm still looking to buy one. I also, can't afford what this vehicle is worth, and live in the
Northeast. I've seen many trucks that don't look this nice selling for anywhere from 10 to 20k.. This truck is beautiful, wish I could buy it! Congrats
on the baby, and the new house! Good luck with the sale!

The bulkhead is steel. Body panels are aluminium. There is a different procedure for each.
What makes painting aluminium so problematic is a hard oxide skin that forms right quick after it has been sanded. It's invisible, but this oxide skin
keeps paint from adhering and the base metal from oxidizing (corroding) further. Most aluminium paint "systems" feature a wash followed by an acid
etch, ...

I was thinking a dropped pre chamber, but I would think that would make the engine run rough or quit all together. Sorry not much help.

Mark,
Sorry for your loss. I know the feeling.
Ours came from a breeder in Minn. He is of hunting stock and before he turned 11 was a about 115 in prime condition. He is down to 85 now, but old age has
caught up with him and he makes a great foot warmer.
Let me know if you want me to dig up the breeder information. He mainly does hunting stock.
