If drugs are a problem, drug testing is part of the solution. Not every organization/chapter will need to go this route but those that feel the need should do so within the law.

Sounds like the sub was being a butthole. The kid got in trouble for talking back to a teacher. He can protest lack of gay rights to his heart's content, but he doesn't get to be disrespectful to teachers. The sub, however, needs to be instructed to leave kids alone who don't want to say the pledge for whatever reason. Like they're going to fix the classroom in the two days they're teaching!

as i don't have DVR, i'm really trying to figure out how to make Thursday work.
it's CBC week, so i have a couple of commitments Thursday night. I can't watch all 2 hours online and my friends will not let me "catch up" before they blurt out everything that happened / will happen if i've missed an episode.

I knew they were doing the "short" models this time. Didn't know it was starting so soon, though.
Tyra really thinks she's going to recreate the supermodels from her era (Claudia, Cindy, Naomi, etc). Not gonna happen, but the show should be interesting, nonetheless.

I think these newer stories are confusing women.
Women should be aware of their breasts. Self-examinations and pay attention to tenderness even during your menstrual cycle.
And many of our gynecologists examine our breasts when we do our pap smears or have gyno visits for other reasons.

If it's a small public school, and housing for Greeks isn't appreciably better than that for independents, then yes, I'm betting part of the problem is the economy.
However, 6 pledges quitting is a HUGE problem. I don't know if it was bad blood, hazing, or what, but fix whatever the problem was before you take on any new pledges.
