usually after the first couple weeks the clones wont root. usually during the first couple though you can take cutting they just might take a few weeks to root. its much faster and more reliable to take them during veg.

i wouldn't judge it based on how many cupcakes you eat, but by the quality and quantity of bud you put into the mixture. If the weed is of extreme potency then i would suggest to eat one and wait a half hour or so then eat more if need be.
