My wife's iWay 350 screen has gone funky in that it does not register correct touch location. For example, pressing one letter on the keyboard results in the selection of a wrong letter. I've tried to recalibrate it, but no lasting joy. Any suggestions or ideas? Chuck

I tried the rgn 2.80 (ID 827) but now it boots into the screen calibration mode. I tried using the 4.60 file but didn't help either. How can I at least get it to work as USB storage ?? TO ntldr, I have been told by MIO support that you have no much to do and you need to send the unit to MIO repair. Otherwise you can ask your dealer to change it or to ask for your money back even.

So far, I'm installing new software the hard way, by removing the SD card and inserting it in the computer and then back to the 4250. I know that there is a better way to do it, using the USB connection but I'm not sure how. Please advice. JayB
