You might be able to get the data from DUATS. It is free to users. All you have to do is register. However, carrying it over to Google might raise some copywrite issues. D

3D Buildings Downloads...

Hi, ... ... ... That Software is Google Satellite Image Maps Downloader ... However, doesn't download all the 3D Buildings within the specified coordinates window of downloads... That was a while ago... Now, there are lots of 3D Buildings in lots cities... Anyone knows if they've written a new software to also download all those 3D Buildings with their textures and save them as .x files...?

Hello, Here's a new update for the French Maginot Line to include 2 new sectors (25-Corsica and 19-Montbeliard) as documents for these sectors are now available. This update should the last one as far as all districts and sectors are now included. Details and overlays will still be automatically placed and of course the whole work is under progress ! This file replace previous one...

I think this has happened through a simple misunderstanding of British city names by Google.
One by Google heard the name Aughton (pronounced Auglten) and stelled it the way it's pronounced.
England has a lot of cities with weird names or pronounsations. Spider has made a great file about it worldwide:
