Will be a few at the back under the pegs, about three per side holding them to the upper, and one or two in the middle to the frame. Unplug all the wires from the front end, and simply take the entire front end off in one big piece..... two bolts at the steering neck. Tail section there are a couple...

Depends how fast you go and how much grip you need. Did you find yourself getting the Bridgestones to the point where they were getting greasy and sliding around? If so you might want to step up to a more track oriented tire. Might even consider something like the BT-003 racing street tires.

Some places were still 7800/7900. For reference I picked up a 09 for 9000 OTD last month.
So it doesn't sound that far off for what you should pay.

Time.
It just takes time.
I haven't ever used any supplements which I thought were helpful for the soreness.
If it's really bad, use Advil ( ibuprofen).
Keep us posted.

I had the same experience waiting in line for the original Star Wars back in '77 - except I was tripping my balls off & dropped my ticket when the crowd pushed into the theater (still got in though). And I don't really remember much of the movie except for the explosions & bright flashes of light.
