Hello, The CD/DVD drive may need to be cleaned or replaced. You can purchase a cleaning kit from almost any computer store. Just make sure to follow the directions. Or, the drive may have died, in which case you will have to replace it, or have someone replace it for you. Not much else you can do to troubleshoot this kind of problem....
