When you see someone sporting a Confederate flag these days, do you automatically think that person is some complete jackass? I mean, slavery was the primary reason the Confederacy existed, and I think that anyone who claims that it wasn't is in a serious state of denial. Here's an excerpt from a 2000 article where that raging liberal John McCain discusses his stance on the issue: ---- ...

With everyone jumping on the stupid motion sensing bandwagon, will they still make games with controllers in mind? I can already tell I'll dislike Natal, and I'd rather not pay for another controller when the two I've got now work perfectly fine. I generally play shooters the most, so how are you going to be able to turn 180 degrees without taking your eyes off the screen? How are you going to...

I mean quantity & quality, not one or the other. Pick your favorite! edit: Suppose I should pick mine... it has to be SNES as there are probably 10 games on the console that could top any given RPG afficionado's all time favorites list. Edited on Jul 4, 2009 3:02 pm PT

The Resident Evil series seems as though it's never going to end, while most of the games have been great, there have been quite a few bad ones. I like almost all of the games but the only one that I don't like is the Survivor series, specially the first one. The Outbreak games were pretty disappointing as well, and I can't forget to mention Resident Evil Gaiden for Gameboy color, that one was ...

My vote goes to the Sega Dreamcast, followed by the Saturn (only b/c I'm a huge fighting game fanatic), and then the Dual Shock 2. I feel the GameCube would have had a great controller were it not for the crap d-pad on that thing... also, the Nintendo 64 deserves a shout out just b/c I think that thing is so dang comfy and awesome for 3D games And one cannot forget the SNES pad- wow, I ...

If you could only have & play 1 system with 3 games, what would it be? Mine would probly be the PS2 and: RE4, Burnout Revenge, and Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 (even though I never actually played the PS2 version, but the arcade, which could've been 1 or 2) cause I love Marvel's characters, and I like SF alot too. This is how I feel today though, it could be different any other time. Since I also love: ...

I'm reading Meg, by Steven Allen. I listened to it on audio book back when I was in high school, but when trying to figure out what to start today and coming up with nothing, I decided to read it again. He's written two sequels since, and I figured I'd better refresh my memory before I read the other two. Meg is about a prehistoric shark called a megalodon that's somehow survived at the bottom ...

Ever find yourself cruising really really fast without realising it? If so, what tipped you off that you were? Flashing red and blue lights? Other cars on the road looked as if they were standing still as you passed them? Do you often find yourself going really really fast without realzing it? Do any of you intentionally cruise really really fast? Do you do it often? Do you weave in and out of ...

Well, Congress (at the request of the administration) recently weakened the Dornan Amendment which prohibits Congress from funding elective abortions in Washington D.C. (Congress allocates funds for the District). Congress changed it by prohibiting federal funds to go towards abortion but allowing local funds to go towards abortion. But as Cardinal Rigali pointed out that because Congress ...

1. So much hassle getting games to run at optimum levels 2. So many glitches, patches and general BS that goes along with it. 3. Sitting alone, hunched over infront of a monitor can never compare to relaxing on your sofa and enjoying a game on your bigscreen plasma with friends. 4. Mouse and Keyboard were never an intended interface for gaming. 5. Buy a new rig, it's good for a couple years ...

I know i'm not the biggest PS3 fan, but even those people who are dont seem to have any answers. a lot of them claim to have gaming PC's, but if you're using PC's for its superior multiplats, exclusives, graphics, online etc why do you have a PS3? some thoughts the pc and 360 have better versions of multiplatform games, they also have excellent multiplatform games you simply cant play on...
