I don't know why I put down that he is a pb. I guess someone suggested that to me, pre-operatively. Anyhow, he is in trouble. He is running out of time. That shelter stays full and black dogs just don't move in some areas. Please help him out if you can.

Still there and needs help! I'm trying to get another pic. I don't see him on their list of dogs. I don't know their policies. Maybe they only put them up for a short period of time.
