Ronnie is missing my point. They won't get squat because the government totally ignores the US Constitution. That is the basis of the law suit. If the Constitution were being applied. GM & Chrysler would be closed down by now. Delphi would be gone. All the pensions would be in the hands of the PBGC. The Constitution means nothing to the Marxist in Washington DC.

I'm all for Fiskar, Tesla, etc. but one thing still bothers me: There were many American makers of electric cars in the first 20 years or so of the 20th century. The cars were reliable and, at least some of them, had a range in excess of 100 miles. This was on lead-acid batteries!
