We want to get rid of our virus-laden pcs and stuff that never connected properly and turn over a new leaf with Apple. (So few choices = much simpler). With the help of the guy at the store we've picked out two iMacs, two macbooks and one airport express (for music capability). I wanted two printers but he's convinced us to go with one and hook the other one up when we need it. If we're...

The Asus notebook-PC: model Eee 2G surf, at my local store priced equivalent to U$385, had no documentation. And the [linux] loading of Open-Office-2.0 was faster than my PC. So I guess it uses a fast CPU. But this means plenty battery power consumption ? Please tell what is the full-charged-battery-life expected to be. And what type of cells does it use ? TIA, ==Chris Glur....

I made a post a few months ago that I was very impressed with hobbicolors ink for a 5 color printer. Here's the link... http://groups.google.com/group/comp....563a55a8198 ac4 However, today I looked at the pictures that were printed 2 months ago and it has noticeable fade. The paper that was used was the 4x6 Staples brand photo paper. Although the hobbicolor ink is still very ...

Hi, I am planning to change my Eee Pc 701 for a more recent model such as the 901 or 900A. With all the new models, I am pretty lost. What exactly differs from a 901 and a 900A ? Is it worth to change for this model ? My main grief for my 701 is the SSD size (1 or 2 Gb more would be great). Regards

What steps would you take in getting a 1991 Honda Civic Si (5-speed manual, with less than 16K miles on the clock) running again? It has not been started or driven in years, probably since 2001. Under the grime, it's almost like new. Sorta. A local Honda dealership advised they could get it running if I have it towed there. "Budget around $180," they said, for them to study it for a ...
