The Asus notebook-PC: model Eee 2G surf, at my local store priced equivalent to U$385, had no documentation. And the [linux] loading of Open-Office-2.0 was faster than my PC. Hi, I am planning to change my Eee Pc 701 for a more recent model such as the 901 or 900A. With all the new models, I am pretty lost. What exactly differs from a 901 and a 900A ? Is it worth to change for this model ? My main grief for my 701 is the SSD size (1 or 2 Gb more would be great). Regards

I have a Inspiron 510m which won't power up ... the power light comes on for about 3-4 secs and then goes out. I have tried - - with and without memory - with and without cd and hard disk - with and without battery (which indicates it is fully charged) - a known working psu Any suggestions? Motherboard gone??
