Well, they say his neck will be healed and he did after all, follow Brawn from Benetton to Ferrari...so maybe now to Mercedes. This would be VERY cool to see but after the Massa ordeal, I'll believe it when I see it.

Already been tons of threads like this. Simple answer, if you want baja play Dirt 2. If you want bikes, play a Moto game or PGR4. I highly doubt you will see them in Forza.

I can't tell you specifically what they are, but if you look on one of the racing lambo diablos on forza 3, it too has these symbols, next to some pull - toggles so at a guess I'd expect them to be emergency engine cut, and maybe a fire suppressant trigger, or something similar for the marshals to trigger in a crash, or for the technicians.
Time to kick the tyres ...

it certinally has a well developed car to supercede . the 430 is one of the best Ferraris ever cant wait to read some road tests of the thing

lol i've actually been on that section of highway and a "low flying pelican" is not gonna make you drive off the road, so he was either driving too fast for his own skill, or he was "distracted" by something else
