This week, Jagex began the Beta testing of their higher-detail "new look" for RuneScape, and it's pretty damn sweet so far. I have wasted so many of my minutes on the phone with them this last week...it takes 5-10 calls to get THROUGH to the automated phone system, then another 25-45 minutes to get a hold of someone...then they PUT ME BACK IN THE FUCKING QUEUE twice.
