Kitchen Tips

Kitchen Tips Do you have a great kitchen/cooking tip? Why not share a tip with all of us and see what others have to share. Here's one that I do. When making roasted vegetables, I put the olive oil, herbs, spices, salt and pepper into the baking dish first. Then, I add the vegetables and use my hands to toss all the vegetables with the olive oil mixture. It seems to coat everything evenly and into the oven it goes! __________________...

It pays to have a positive outlook on things and not think negative. Does nothing but sour you and just make things worst. It's also better for your mental and physical health. Goodness knows, I've had to think and remain positive for the past 2 1/2 months. If I didn't, I would have gone crazy!

I think this is the best show FN has created in a loooong time. It's unique and it involves all the FN celebs. I have developed a craving for some of the unique things I've seen on that show so far - especially marrow bones! My only question is WHERE are the big wigs - Alton, Rachael, Emeril? I really want to know their faves too! Now, if they would just show more of these types of shows at night rather than those oft-repeated and...

I know it seems like an odd question but it seems that every time Ina cooks up a yummy dish for someone besides her husband, she's usually cooking for a gay male couple. Not that I'm against GMC's but I feel somewhat discriminated against. I just am interested why she can't seem to cook for straight couples. It's a minor thing I know but I'm curious.
