Agave nectar, baby =)
The perfect cruelty-free honey substitute. Look in the baking aisle or breakfast aisle of your local grocery store. The best brand I have tried to date is Madhava (organic).
If you live in a small town, your grocery stores may not carry agave nectar. I have found it in Super Walmart and Super Target.
I add it in my smoothies and home brewed tea.

so you said you feel like you drink to much. There is your answer. If you feel that way, then its true. Go with what you think. Talk to someone, get some help. Slow down even, cut back. Many ways to help you.
