Karen, I think you have shown that there is ample reason for reasonable people to disagree on the topic. It's just not a slam dunk either way.

666 is MONEY: "Global warming wasn't exposed as a 'hoax'..." Really? And the admission by a climatologist in one of those e-mails saying, "The fact is that we can't account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can't. " means nothing to you? What does that make you then, if you still insist on denying reality, 666? Think really hard about all that...

As people's eyes are being opened to the schemers and scammers behind the global warming fraud, I can only hope that those corrupt fools who promote the scheme are totally discredited and pay a heavy price for their deeds . . . .

"Screw Political Correctness Fight to Win ! " Spoken like a true right winger. It´s not how you play the game. It´s rather you win or lose. The ends justify the means. Might makes right. Good guys finish last. noneoyobiz, here´s another way of looking at this. Considering that Palin´s responses to interviewers´ questions were generally incoherent rambling revealing just how clueless she really was, why should I believe...

from the left there is this insistence grounded in some need to save the planet when one digs into the origin of these whacko ideas it's easy to see it's only a means to take control of the people based on some perceived impending doom. when anyone who is credible has the right pedigree and the truth behind them the promoters of such lies and falsehoods are suddenly unavailable for comment let alone debate any of the subjects....

So I havn't really been paying attention to Palin, what's the conventional wisdom? No one seriously expects her to be a serious contender for president in 2112, do they?

I think the Secret Service reports to the Treasury Department....you know that branch of the government who supposedly came up with a plan to keep us from going off the brink and saved us from ruin. This is the branch that has a money printing machine and plenty of ink.

Sounds like Denmark may impose on Americans the same intrusive travel restrictions that EU citizens have to face when entering the US.
As of Jan this year, all visa waiver nationals must register with the US Homeland Security dept at least two days before flying to the US or risk being denied entry upon arrival, or could be denied boarding of their flight. Failure to register ...

Well for Catholics the answer's easy, Jesus was apparently produced without sperm, an "immaculate conception", so God, the Father, did not apparently need to produce sperm to make a kid. I mean he is God after all, he could just wave his hand and stuff appears.
But, what if God did produce sperm, it would imply that he would have a sex life- who would God have sex with- Angels? ...

Here We Go Again With The Wilkins Ice Shelf

Well, at least they cannot enforce the "changing" of the individual's "American Dream".....can they, Frits?

@ Outrageous2010 That is a fine example of distortion and spin to try and attribute the whole article to the person quoted at the end of the piece, while ignore the several other contributing experts....

a chief scientist for global change research at the U.S. Geological Survey,

We already knew the alarmists information was flawed. This adds credence. But then again, the greed of "Big Green" knows no bounds, right?

It’s called “ill gotten gain”; examples:
1. Exuberant Wall Street bonuses for actually losing money for your customers.
2. A private healthcare insurance executive receiving over $700,000,000 in compensation for letting people die.
3. You want me to go on?

"Any war spending should come with new revenues to pay for it."
so, if we're attacked...fuck let's say by Japan 1941....we'd have to raise the funds first before defending ourselves?
