Work remains on the Eagleland section, paid for by local and
federal funds.
A pocket park overlooking the river at Crofton Avenue and Constance Street is slated to open in December. Next year, a plaza will be built at the east end of the bridge near the school. Work also will begin to connect the path north to East Guenther Street and the River Walk....

I am so game!
I like some of the idea's said already about the family's. The only issue is you would have to advertise and have people come to you.
I feel that the heart of the help-portrait idea is to go to them. Its in step one.
1. Find someone in need
2. Take their
portrait
3. Print their picture
4. Deliver them
