When you get
shin splints while running, stop and stretch the front of the shin by putting your foot against a tree/building, bending your knee, and leaning forward.

No doubt there are a lot of products available over counter which can get you the desired results like weigh loss or muscle gain but such things should only be used in accordance with the instruction of a specialist. These things can have a lot of side effects and can even hamper the
hormonal balance of the body.

I always eat as soon as I wake up. Try eating a banana or
energy bar with water, those should be light enough to give you energy and fresh fuel without slowing you down or giving you a cramp.
