I once had a pckt of 11 ammo medium sandeel and had 10 pollock. But if i could get live i would without a 2nd thought. Getting bait were i live is a nightmare and i mean a nightmare. Of course I would like to have been catching , it's just as well it's not just about the catching hey . Even trialled the cage feeders I had...

Well done all. Nice cod there. My only attempt for them, from the shore was a complete disaster, except for the food I cooked on the beach and the shooting stars

This rig will also catch ray etc and has done at champ level. Remember you
can have it as a 2 hook rig as well, just dont add top snood, and if you do
remember top snood has a small swivel instead of cascade swivel. Right guys
rest is up to you now.

Long ,long time ago before the days of sidewinders, shads, jellyworms and red gills, we fished with rag worm. Rig was and still is a "flying collar", boom off main line, trace 10 to 14 foot long, (8.4 to 4.5 metres) with a fine wire hook attached. Rag just nicked through the head dropped over the wreck and bingo fish ON.
