The drive tang is
hanging up on the pump driveshaft. Setup the diz where you want it then turn the pump shaft to the tangs location. Don't be afraid to wiggle & turn diz body & shaft once cam gear is engaged. Make sure diz clamp and all wires are clear of the base.
note: the tang is not in line with the rotor.

If you put blocks i think you need new shocks. 2" would sit close to level. If you carry heavy loads from time to time I say go with a quality shock if you dont then some cheap ones will be fine for the back.
I have 3" spindle, 2" ready lift spacer, no lift for the rear,
bilstein shocks.

Are you asking what size blocks to get or what
spindles to get?

perfect lift between 3-5" is a 4"
spindle lift up front and a 2" block out back. factory ride qualitly is unchanged. and you can put a 33x12.5. Total lift about 5" with the tires
your truck will look real clean
the spacer is going to comprimise your ride quality. but if you go with the spacer and the 4" spindle lift use a 3-4" block out back. it will look even better. bigger the better
