Your 2000 is a NonPi engine but any 4.6 truck Pi engine will work. You are fortunate in that your truck has COP ignition making it easier to swap. At this point you could easily swap for a 5.4.

Are you running the stock head unit or aftermarket?
Biggest improvement will come by first off adding a sub and a solid amp. Look at many of the sub box threads on here. Supercrewsound was one of the better known box makers but there are many other companies out there now.
If you get a amp with line level inputs you can use the existing factory head unit. For subs on a budget I'd ...

both are too expensive to do something like that.
although its very possible.
i just dont see anyone doing something like this simply because if they fork out the money for gt500, i would think they would just keep the car

B&W flip over ball

You can get a "companion" 5th wheel hitch that slides in the ball hole when you need a 5th wheel hitch.
You can also get a ladder rack that slips in the ball hole as well for a very versatile system.
They are really the only system anyone needs if they will do any towing with a bed mount hitch.
