... "Since the dawn of the agricultural age, if not well before then, man has formed into heirarchical societies. In a heirarchical society, wealth is distributed in an inverse pyramid. Those few at the top control the greatest proportion of wealth, and use that wealth and power to control those below. This appears to be an innate condition. No non-heirarchical societies have survived. It also appears to be innate within mankind to...

Welcome,
I can only give a few tips. 1st is Fitday.com and log your food intake. you might be suprised at how many calories and fat you are consuming I sure was.
Remember that vegetables and lean meats are good. Chocolate bars and cookies are bad even if they come in 100 calorie containers.
I don't know if 2 hour a day at the gym is neccesary. 30-45 mins of weights ...

If one is conditioned then yes one may get to MHR and maintain it for a while, but at recent exercise ECG (treadmill test) technician was quite adamant that despite feeling fine, the test was over when I got to over 90% MHR as this is associated with increased risk of cardiac arrhythmia ( irregular heart beat) - which was a polite way of saying (a low) risk of dropping dead and she ...

Mornings are great if you have the time and are a morning person. Otherwise I don't think it makes much difference. The best time is when you have the time and get a good workout. On weekends, I try to do some of my cardio first thing, like a bike ride on hills or running some sprints. But I also do cardio after lifting, even if it's on a mini-tramp or kicking a soccer ball back and forth in...

I don't know anything about the specifics of the plan, but yes -- if you do 90 days of strict diet and exercise, you will have better cardiovascular conditioning and less bodyfat. If you are an untrained individual, you may also get some muscle gains.

I think the girl, the parents and the cop who didn't have the courage/strength/balls to just pick her up and handcuff her (if that was necessary) are idiots.
A very disturbing story, indeed.

Imagine a characteristic in someone who you really really dislike. Now project that on this girl your crush is on. You know... tell yourself that she kills puppies or harbors terrorists in her garage.
Voila... no more crush.

Anyway to make the gas stop?
No joke here. I know it sounds funny but I have been eating better and drinking tons of water. I fart non-stop, literally. Has anyone had this? Also does it go away or should I get something to help with it.
