Makes sense. Which would confirm what might have seemed fairly obvious -- that no one here really had enough information to go on. But I guess you were just trying to see if anyone else could think of any likely alternative possibilities to your own suspicions.-- which you might likely be able to judge the likelihood of better than anyone here.

Tom, When logging into the FM Web Interface just use the standard login as opposed to the secure login. That should work also David

It sounds to me like you have set everything up correctly. I have used Fastmail with my personal domain for several years now. My suggestion is that you haven't waited long enough for the DNS change for your domain to resolve. DNS uses the TTL parameter to allow non-authoritative DNS servers to cache entries for faster response.

I wouldn't call them anonymous. The company behind the service is 'Roller Network LLC'. It's in the footer.
Moreover, if you look at the contact page, you'll find both a phone number and email addresses.

You might want to make sure you clicked on "Save changes" after you clicked on "Add" and you have a check mark for "Active".
Personally, if that doesn't work I would Delete then re-do it and after clicking on Add then Save changes pay close attention to the top of the screen where it usually says it did it or gives some kind of error?

The first thing would be to look in the message source of the sent email. If he's not there there are a few things that can explain this. Perhaps you sent the email to a a distribution list which he is part of. Also, if he sent you a reply, look in that email and see if his email is listed in the to or CC field.
