Published (2009-11-06 13:13:00)
There is a shortcut. There are some BS/MD programs out there, like the one at Johns Hopkins. You apply to this program, and if you do well in your first couple of years there, you are automatically admitted directly into the med school. But there are very, very few places in such programs - I think JHU has only six spots per year. But if your academics in high school are EXTREMELY strong, this sort of program could be an option for you....

Why was heart of dixie chosen as...
Published (2009-11-06 07:52:00)
The name "Dixie" was taken from the politician who selected the Mason-Dickson line for allowing slavery in the 1840s US. When Lincoln was inaugurated, most states South of that line attempted to secede from the US, and form the Confederate States of America. If you look at the map of the Confederacy, then Alabama seems to be right in the middle, or heart of it. http://www.kirchnerprints.com/csamap.htm

They want to know why you want to work there. What personality qualities do you have? Have you worked as a team member somewhere, even if only in school? Did you learn anything in school that would be useful? Are you a self-confident person? Do you enjoy helping people? Etc.

Published (2009-11-06 13:24:00)
This may not be six minutes long. It has lots of information. Maybe you can edit so that you can present it as a speech. Some 800 members of the Bani Yas tribe, led by the Maktoum Family, settled at the mouth of the creek in 1833. The creek was a natural harbour and Dubai soon became a center for the fishing, pearling and sea trade. By the turn of the 20th century Dubai was a successful port. The souk (Arabic for market) on the Deira side of...

I had mine consolidated earlier this year. It took about 3 months for the final papers to come through but I got. They have a website where you can track your progress. They have to submit forms to your educational creditors and that takes time.
Be patient.

Only one error- a period should be a comma (in the final sentence).
Don't rely entirely on spelling and grammar checkers. These can be useful tools but they are far from foolproof. Spell checkers have a limited dictionary, so some words that show up as misspelled may just not be in their memory. In addition, spell checkers will not catch misspellings that form another valid word. For example...

you can join the Indian army or any other arm after 10 + 2, you can appear for NDA ( National Defense Academy) and thereafter choose the armed force of you choice, keep checking newspapers for advertisements, especially the Employment News. Also keep checking the website of UPSC for update in date of release of forms and date of examination.

I just graduated from pharmacy school and I say take microbiology. We had a whole semester on antibiotics and had to know all the bacteria that were covered, whether they were gram positive or negative, aerobic or anaerobes....microbiology would definitely help with that.

OK, here are my corrections.
1. Insert a comma after tools in the first sentence.
2. Remove the quotes from your and you're, to and too and there and their. They are not necessary.
3, Here is the way the last sentence should be written. For example, if you type your, instead of you're, to, instead of too, or there, instead of their, the spell checker won't catch the error.
Edit...
