The door speakers only matter if your running the speakers in series which you dont want to do. If you tap into your door speakers line for sound to the dash speakers your gonna jack the impedence of the door speakers

With todays economy, FIAT taking over, and other car companys having the technology to make power AND good gas mileage (I.E ford Taurus sho supercharged eco boost), I highly doubt a gas drinking 6.4L is the direction were headed in

I paid 42K for mine when dealers were charging over sticker...mine
stickered at 45K. Sounds like there a little on the high side already. I
would offer 40K and go from there, but i would not pay more than 42-43K.
