Girlfriends car has had squeaky brakes, since owning this car for a few years. In order for the brakes to squeak when stopping, the car has to sit outside overnight. It will squeak for a few blocks when heading out of town for work. Once warmed up, it is not much of a problem. She is tired of waiting in the parking lot at work for everyone to leave, so they do not have to hear the squeaky ...

It took a year, some seafoam, 8 error codes, and about $1100 of repairs and a lot of peoples' time...but the check engine light is no more! Yay! Car hits its 20,000th mile with me sometime tomorrow...I bought it at 172,400 and its about to hit 192,400. But...now the front left strut is worn, and the transmission suspension is slapping the bottom of the passenger side with gear shifts....

I have a 04 2.7 that stalls when getting off of the highway and have search on here for an answer. So far what I have read suggests that I look at the EGR Valve, but does the 04 have a EGR Valve? If it does not what else could it be that could be causing the stalling issue? The CEL does not come on and I have checked the codes. I recently changed out the PCV Valve (less than 9000 miles ...

So i was driving down the road the other day with some of my friends. Zac asked me if her could recline his seat (he was in the passenger seat) and i said yes. Thought I'd post this up right quick... I spent a decent part of the day modifying a spare autostick cluster. Basically I swapped the faces and needles. I'll be transitioning the interior lights to red and I figure that yellow will be easier to turn red than the stock blue. Its not perfect, but I like it. This has been a problem since the Trep was retired last year, the flex line on the drivers rear line was clogged for God knows how long and eventually ruined the wheel cylinder. I got a new WC and flex line, but in taking the old line off, I also snapped the impossible to find fitting off the main brake line. Now that fitting is sitting in pen oil in a pill bottle, hopefully to come undone...
