What is the easiest way to remove outdoor carpet glue from an outdoor deck?

I recently had my gardens redone. The landscaper removed as many plants and weeds as possible without removing to much top soil. Even though he used landscaping fabric I still have weeds ( tall grass, clover, dandelions ) coming through the fabric and mulch. What can I use to kill the weeds without ruining the plants, mulch, or fabric? And how long will it last?

Question: Our home was built in 1989 and we purchased it in 2000. I am assuming this is the original furnace. It is in closet in the hall. I have a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis. Wipers come on while I am driving. Only way to shut them off is to pull the fuse. Delay positions on turn signal lever are not working and wiper fluid is not working. Is a relay bad or what is the problem. How hard is it to fix?

I am wiring up my 240 air compressor with 10/3 wire and the compressor does not have provisions for the neutral wire. It has a relay with 2 wire taps and a grd. Where should I hook it? To the ground provision? Delete neutral all together? If deleted what should I do in the CB Box? Thanks Bob
