I have been doing lots of reading so I am some what versed in well systems. fisrt i do realize well sharing is trouble, i am not a big fan of this idea myself, but considering it is a cabin and the neighbor seems very helpfull (plus a legal agreement), i would like to give it go. I will explain the well, it ...

I recently had my gardens redone. The landscaper removed as many plants and weeds as possible without removing to much top soil. Even though he used landscaping fabric I still have weeds ( tall grass, clover, dandelions ) coming through the fabric and mulch. What can I use to kill the weeds without ruining the plants, mulch, or fabric? And how long will it last?

We have never had any issues with it until last year and suddenly, the burners would light, the blower would come on normally, it would blow for a bit, the blower would shut off...the burners were still burning...the blower came back on...and this ...

I have a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis. Wipers come on while I am driving. Only way to shut them off is to pull the fuse. Delay positions on turn signal lever are not working and wiper fluid is not working. Is a relay bad or what is the problem. How hard is it to fix?

I have the same problem with a Gerber faucet. Someone told me to get a kiss kit? We did replace gaskets, but still about 70% of the water goes into the tub when the diverter is turned to the shower head. What should I do? Is there a diagram to follow or ?? Thanks.

I need help with the following two problems: (1) My fireplace mantle is solid oak and has a pickeled white finish. I would like to stain it a mahogany color. What is the best way to do this? (2) I have a solid birch dining table. The finish on half of the table top has worn off. The table is ten years old and was purchased in its natural color without any stain. Over the past 10 ...

We are selling a condo and the inspection showed that the Cadet heaters in the two bedrooms and in the master bath were not working. I went over and verified the power at the double breaker. I then checked for power at one of the heaters and there was none. Then I checked for power at the thermosat and there was none. What could the possible issues be? I would think this ...
