I don't think you can, but there's another solution to your problem. Download the free Office 2007 Home and Student off the Microsoft Website. Then take the option to activate the product and enter your old activation key. It should work perfectly, and you should have Office Home and Student again. -- If you would like additional help, catch me on the PowerPoint Heaven Discussion Board (www.pptheaven.mvps.org), where I am...

I "downgraded" from Vista to XP on a relatively new laptop. Then, I reinstalled Office 2007 (not an OEM version) from the Office 2007 setup disks that I purchased. (Office 2007 installed successfully, by the way, on the Vista OS). Now the activation process will not accept the product key & there is no telephone solution offered by ...

I have a new laptop with Vista Home Premium SP1. It came with a 60 day trial of Office 2007. I tried it, but decided to stay with Office 2000 when it expired. I uninstalled every Office 2007 program I could find, but when I try to install Office 2000 I get an "invalid product key" error. My copy of Office 2000 is genuine and not OEM. ...
