I enjoy the MSN Premium interface and like the ease of use. I have a @msn.com email address that I've had for over 10 years, so don't want to change it. Unfortunately, I have been having the same error for awhile now, my email freezes up and I can't send, receive or delete. I can get it to work by going to C/users/my name/ APP DATA/ Local/Microsoft/ MSN and then deleting or changing the name of the DB file. Because...

Typical. My subject header should be "MyMSN working for IE 7 BUT not FireFox 3.5". I used "by" instead of "but". Anyway, MyMSN is still broken for FireFox but not Internet Explorer, per the description below. If you are a MSN dial up customer and already have internet access(broadband = cable/dsl/satellite) and only wish to change the account status from a Msn dial up to an MSN BYO-isp plan then call Customer Service and have the account re-provisioned. Customer Service for dial up Msn Accounts (800) 386-5550 - you'll need to verify name and possibly the credit card used for the dial-up account. You also have the option as a...

The master copy of your email on the MSN/Hotmail/Live Mail server is possibly corrupt, or you are not syncing properly with it. When you quit MSN Explorer, you have to let it finish syncing mail, at least the first time. I can't even download MSN software on my Windows 7 desktop, because of 235 errors. You could try establishing a secondary mail account, to see if the problem is duplicated there. Go to http://member.q.com ,...

This is a stab in the dark, but may work - I haven't tested it.
Highlight the entries and press the delete key - it may require the key press
for each "remembered" entry.
I haven't spent much time with the new MSN 10 yet, and it isn't on this PC, so
I'm really speculating.
Have you checked under Settings in MSN Explorer to see if there...
