  It has occurred a few times lately that when I quickly move between open programs using the Alt+Tab keys, which opens a window in the middle of the screen that shows all open programs, this window gets jammed and remains open even after I have selected one of the open programs; that is, the selected program opens, but the window showing all open programs remains open in the middle of the screen; it is impossible to work on the open...

PowerPoint viewer is exactly what it says it is, a VIEWER, you can't create presentations with it, common sense should have told you this.
